I got the The Joy of Vegan Baking today! I've heard great things about the book before, and just flipping through the pages and seeing all the pictures made me drool. I want to cook like 20 things this weekend haha.
The Gardein "chicken" breasts were pretty good, Jason liked them but I think the sauce had a weird flavour. I'll post a picture later. It felt EXTREMELY weird cutting meat, you literally had to saw through it like regular chicken, I kind of felt sad though...perhaps I won't be buying more of them just because of that!
