Chip Dip

I mentioned I was going to try to replicate the Cactus Cut potatoes from Boston Pizza the other day. Well, I think I did it pretty good...except I burned the potatoes so I just used plain potato chips and it will still really good.

The recipe isn't exact, I just kept adding things until it tasted good so I don't actually know how much I put in, these are estimates.


1 tub of Tofutti sour cream
4-5 sprigs of green onions, sliced
a few dashes of Cayenne pepper
3 tsp's of chili pepper flakes
a squeeze of lime juice (hides the weird flavour in the sour cream)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder

To make, just mix it all together in a bowl. Add less or more spices depending on your mood. Enjoy!
